We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and provide essential evaluation and treatment services to children from birth to three years old with diagnosed conditions. In addition to direct client care, you will play a key role in the broader care ecosystem by attending IFSPs, periodic reviews, and transition meetings. You may also be asked to fulfill Team Lead duties for a select number of children or provide supervision to students and interns, fostering the next generation of professionals in the field.
Candidates selected for an interview will be expected to participate in the interview process as deemed necessary by the hiring team. Successful applicants will be assigned a weekly caseload by program directors and will be expected to adhere to all MECA policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements.
At MECA, we prioritize the rights and dignity of the persons we serve. We ensure that all therapy and related activities are ethical and compliant with our internal policies.
