The Specialized Transport / Heavy Haul Driver is the powerhouse behind moving the biggest, toughest, and most complex loads on the road. From lowboys and RGNs to multi‑axle heavy‑haul configurations, this driver takes command of elite equipment to transport oversized, overweight, and high‑value cargo with precision and confidence.
Hiring Incentives
We offer a $1,500 Sign on Bonus for candidates in-state and a $2,500 Sign on Bonus for candidates out-of-state to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLoad, secure, and unload machinery using chains, binders, straps, and blocking
- check_circleRead and follow oversize permits, route surveys, and pilot escort instructions
- check_circleEnsure compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations including weight and height restrictions
- check_circleMaintain accurate logs, paperwork, permits, and load documentation
- check_circleIdentify and report mechanical issues and perform minor troubleshooting when necessary
- check_circleWork flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and extended travel
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with dispatch, escort vehicles, customers, and job-site personnel
- check_circleOperate heavy-haul trucks and specialized trailers to transport oversized and high-value equipment
- check_circleConduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer
Requirements
