About the Role

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be the vital link in our operations, safely transporting compost, soil, mulch, aggregates, and other bulk materials to customer locations, construction sites, farms, and processing facilities. This role goes beyond simple transportation; it requires the skilled operation of specialized live bottom (belt) trailers and unloading systems to ensure product quality and safety standards are maintained from pickup to delivery.

You will work in a dynamic environment that includes construction sites, recycling centers, transfer stations, and landfills. Whether navigating uneven terrain or adapting to changing weather conditions, your commitment to safety and efficiency keeps our mission moving forward. This position offers the opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with dispatch and operations teams to manage delivery schedules.
