About the Role
This position serves as a vital administrative partner to a team of sales professionals, operating under general supervision to ensure the smooth execution of specialized and custom tasks. The role is designed to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality regarding sales, marketing, client, and proprietary information in all communications.
You will act as the bridge between the sales team and centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups. Your day-to-day impact involves ensuring brand consistency by applying templates to produce a wide array of marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, and market surveys. You will coordinate the submission of financial and property-specific data to create customized information packages for clients.
Beyond document preparation, such as drafting Requests for Information (RFIs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), you will manage critical databases for clients and prospects. The role also encompasses direct client interaction, including greeting visitors, directing communications, and scheduling appointments and tours. Additionally, you will coordinate complex on/offsite meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring that all logistical and administrative needs are met with precision and efficiency.
