About the Role
This position is dedicated to managing full-cycle recruitment processes to support both hourly and salaried hiring needs at Tate's. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience that aligns with business priorities. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and supply chain roles, ranging from hourly frontline workers to salaried positions. Your day will involve sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and supporting contractor onboarding and conversions. You will also maintain applicant tracking systems and track hiring metrics to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated based on their experience in full-cycle recruiting within manufacturing environments and their bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. The process includes assessing partnership skills, familiarity with recruitment metrics, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
