About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator / HR Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding operations for our growing field operations team in Carson, CA. This role is designed for someone with recruiting, staffing, HR, or administrative experience who is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition and human resources.
You will serve as a vital link between our field operations and our talent pipeline. Your day will involve assisting with the full lifecycle of recruiting for field employees throughout California, from posting job openings and screening applicants to conducting phone screenings and coordinating onboarding documents. You will work closely with hiring managers to address staffing needs, manage applicant tracking systems, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires through background checks and I-9/E-Verify processing.
