About the Role
Join our hive of Laura B. Anderson Bees as an Education Support Professional. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to supporting students with special needs. Your day will involve escorting students to transportation and various areas of the building, as well as providing personal care for those with special daily living needs, such as toileting and feeding.
You will work closely with teachers to review and practice skills in 1:1 and small group settings, both in special education and regular classrooms. Your responsibilities will also include reinforcing instructional and behavioral objectives, assisting with student supervision during recess and lunch, and preparing instructional materials. Additionally, you will help maintain student records and ensure the confidentiality of students and their families.
