Day in the Life
In this role, you will work alongside the supervising teacher to facilitate learning for individuals, small groups, and large groups of students. You will also provide valuable feedback to teachers regarding student progress and assist with checking student work. Beyond the classroom, you may support clerical duties, supervise students, and communicate effectively with staff and families. Flexibility and initiative are key as you adapt to the dynamic needs of the school environment.
Organizational Context
This position reports directly to the principal or their designee and operates in close cooperation with the supervising teacher. The role is integral to the school's ability to deliver high-quality instruction and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere.
