About the Role
You will lead in-water instruction based on the established curriculum, ensuring the safety and supervision of students at all times while they are in the pool area. Beyond direct teaching, you will be responsible for completing individual Skill Achievement Reports for every student, maintaining instructional materials, and assisting the Teacher Specialist during parent training sessions. This position operates under the direction of the Coordinator of Outdoor Education and works cooperatively with school personnel, parents, and volunteers to foster a safe learning environment.
