About the Role
We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Front Desk Client Coordinator/Cashier to serve as the face of our high-end aesthetic business. This multi-function, frequently fast-paced role is designed for someone who thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming experience for every client.\n As the primary point of contact, you will manage the daily flow of our small staff and incredible clientele. Your day will involve greeting and checking in clients with warmth, coordinating a high-volume appointment schedule, and ensuring the front desk and lobby remain organized, clean, and fresh. Beyond administrative duties, you will play an active role in our boutique operations by managing inventory, assisting with room preparation and laundry, and selling boutique items and skincare products. You will also support the estheticians as needed and handle social media maintenance to capture and share the studio's vibrant atmosphere.
While the environment is calm and supportive, the role requires the ability to work with urgency, multitask effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. It is a rewarding opportunity to run the front counter of a beloved local spa where your smiling face is anticipated by a loyal client base.
