The Spa Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of our spa, responsible for managing the reception and retail areas. This role is essential to ensuring a warm, hospitable guest experience from the moment a visitor enters the facility. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, answering inquiries about services and products, and managing the flow of appointments with precision.
In this position, you will handle the full spectrum of front-desk operations, including checking guests into our computer system, processing payments, and maintaining the spa desk bank. Your day will involve actively promoting spa treatments, packages, and retail items while ensuring every guest interaction is professional, courteous, and personalized. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the spa according to standard operating procedures, maintaining a clean and fully stocked environment, and communicating effectively with both guests and management regarding any occurrences or needs.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a spa or receptionist-related field are encouraged to apply. CPR and first aid training are preferred. The role requires a high school education and relevant training or experience, along with a knowledge of local area attractions and hotel departments.
