About the Role
The Nail Bar & Beautique is a luxury all-women boutique nail salon and spa in St. Augustine, and we're hiring a Receptionist & Guest Concierge to anchor our front desk.
You'll be the first person our guests see and the voice on the other end of the phone. The role requires someone who is organized, warm, dependable, and genuinely good with people. If you take pride in being the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while making every guest feel taken care of, you'll do well here.

- check_circleAnswer phone calls, texts, and emails to book appointments via Phorest
- check_circleGreet guests upon arrival and check them in for appointments
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness and organization of reception and retail areas
Requirements
- verified2+ years of customer service experience
- verifiedStrong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in salon, spa, hospitality, or boutique retail. Previous front desk or reception experience. Experience with Phorest software.
