About the Role
The Relationship Manager II serves as a trusted advisor to our members, focusing on the member experience and building strong, lasting relationships. In this role, you will consult with members to identify their financial needs, recommend tailored product solutions, and follow up on pending transactions. Your primary mission is to represent Nuvision Federal Credit Union in a positive, professional, and respectful manner, both internally and externally.
Beyond transactional duties, you will profile member accounts to suggest comprehensive solutions, including investment services, insurance, mortgages, small business lending, and auto financing. You will also play a key role in the branch ecosystem by assisting with coaching and mentoring staff, suggesting alternative methods for account profiling, and stepping into leadership functions when branch management is unavailable. Success in this position requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to act with tact and diplomacy while maintaining strict confidentiality of member information.

Requirements
- verified18 months financial institution experience with prior loan experience
- verifiedStrong knowledge of deposit/loan products (Trust, IRA, certificates, loans/APPRO)
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- verifiedExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- verifiedSuccessful completion of all compliance related coursework
- verifiedNotary certification
- verifiedNMLS Registered
Nice to Have
24 months experience with Nuvision having prior loan experience and currently reaching service and performance goals. Proven ability to generate business while participating in community business development. Coaching/Mentoring experience. Bi-lingual.
