The Relationship Manager I (RM I) serves as the primary point of consultation for Nuvision Federal Credit Union members. This role is designed to identify member needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and ensure the seamless execution of pending transactions. At its core, the position focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience while representing the Credit Union with professionalism, mutual respect, and integrity.
In this role, you will engage in "conversations that matter" with members both in person and over the phone. You will profile member accounts to recommend a wide array of products, including investment services, insurance, first mortgages, and car buying services. Beyond consultation, you will handle a diverse range of account maintenance duties, such as opening and closing deposit and loan accounts (including HELOCS), processing payments, managing account transfers, and performing notary services. Accuracy and timeliness in all transactions are essential to achieving our member service goals.
You will also play a vital role in the organization's growth by identifying and reporting suspicious behavior or suspected fraud, supporting continuous improvement activities, and participating in Credit Union events like Car Sales and Open Enrollments. Success in this position requires maintaining strict confidentiality, demonstrating sound judgment, and acting with tact and diplomacy in all interactions.

Education: High school Diploma or Equivalent.
18 months experience including prior loan experience and currently reaching service and performance goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and anticipate member needs.
