Spa Attendant - Female Locker Room

About the Role

Reporting to the Spa Director, this position serves as a vital support pillar for the entire spa operation. The role exists to ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for every member and guest. You will be the face of the spa's daily operations, bridging the gap between treatment preparation and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will assist in the operation of all spa departments, requiring a comprehensive knowledge of all spa treatments. Your day involves preparing rooms for treatments according to strict guidelines, managing linen inventory logistics, and maintaining locker rooms in a tidy, well-stocked condition. You will also guide members and guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools. A key part of your mission is maintaining the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times, ensuring safety and sanitation policies are followed, and promptly reporting any equipment deficiencies.
