Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate activities with internal departments and interface with vendors
- check_circleFacilitate external customer relations and represent the company at meetings
- check_circleEnsure sanitation, organization, and safety standards are met through supervision
- check_circleDevelop and implement training programs for hourly and student employees
- check_circleAssist with hiring processes, employee discipline, and performance reviews
- check_circleDevelop and maintain a safety culture to ensure a hazard-free work environment
- check_circleSupervise catering operations including staff coordination, equipment rental, and event setup
- check_circleManage event booking, menu selection, costing, and pricing strategies
Requirements
