About the Role

In this position, you will be the expert face of our meat department, ensuring our members receive the highest quality fresh and processed meats. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise a wide variety of products, including grinds, seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, and deli items. Your role is critical in maintaining the "Grand Opening Look" daily, ensuring cases are fully stocked, and that all items are rotated according to expiration dates.

Beyond the counter, you will engage directly with members by answering questions, making recommendations, and preparing special cuts of meat. You will uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety, inspecting deliveries for quality and cleaning all equipment and display fixtures. This role requires you to move with speed and agility, embracing innovation while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude that reflects our GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA), and delivering a Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, and Clean experience.
