About the Role

As a Meat Department Team Member, you will be the expert face of our fresh and processed meats, seafood, and prepared foods. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise products to ensure our members have access to the highest quality options. This role is essential to maintaining the freshness and safety of our department, from inspecting deliveries to managing inventory levels and executing special cuts for members.

You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver our GOLD club standards daily, ensuring a grand opening look with fully stocked items, accurate signage, and a clean, organized environment. Your work directly impacts the member experience by providing recommendations, answering questions, and resolving concerns with speed, agility, and integrity.
