About the Role

As a key member of our Meat Department, you will be the expert face of our fresh and processed meats, seafood, and prepared foods. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise products to company standards, ensuring our cases are fully stocked and visually appealing. This role is vital for delivering the "GOLD" club standards—Grand opening look, Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, and Clean—every single day.

You will engage directly with members, providing recommendations, answering questions, and preparing special cuts of meat. Your work ensures that every member receives service excellence, from the moment they are greeted to the resolution of any concerns. You will also maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, inspecting deliveries for quality and managing inventory rotation to minimize waste.
