About the Role
As a Meat Department Team Member, you will be the expert face of our fresh and processed meats, seafood, and prepared foods. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise products while ensuring the department maintains the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role is essential for delivering the "GOLD" experience to our members, ensuring that every cut of meat, every package of seafood, and every prepared item meets our rigorous expectations.
You will work closely with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, from the meat cooler to the full-service deli. Your ability to engage with members, answer questions, and prepare special cuts will directly contribute to member satisfaction and club success. We strive for flawless execution, and we hold ourselves accountable for the quality of work you deliver daily.
