The University of Tennessee is home to legendary venues such as Thompson-Boling Arena at Food City Center, Lindsey Nelson Stadium, and Regal Soccer Stadium. As part of this ecosystem, the culinary team plays a vital role in supporting a leading Athletics Department that celebrates over 100 years of history.
The Executive Chef serves as a management position overseeing the culinary operations for the University of Tennessee Athletics Department and its venues. This role encompasses athletics events, concerts, special events, and catering services. You will be responsible for leading and developing the culinary staff while executing culinary solutions that meet diverse customer needs and tastes.
As a culinary innovator, you will apply advanced techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food. This position offers a unique opportunity to create innovative menus across the United States and shape the culinary culture at a premier collegiate institution. You will interact directly with guests daily, building effective client and guest rapport while ensuring the integrity of the standard Aramark food offer.
