About the Role
We are seeking a passionate individual who loves sales and is dedicated to health and well-being. As a Spa Associate, you will be the critical link in ensuring every customer's experience is nothing short of exceptional. This role is ideal for someone local to the area looking for a long-term career with genuine opportunities for growth.
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting members and guests upon their arrival. Your day will involve managing the front desk, answering phones, booking appointments, and selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades. You will also promote the health and wellness benefits of our massage therapy and skin care services. Success in this role requires a positive, energetic attitude, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take initiative on new tasks to maintain a professional and clean work environment.
Hiring Process
Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership-driven environment, such as a gym, are ideal, though not required. We are looking for team players who are ready to contribute immediately to our spa's success.
