About the Role
As the Sous Chef at Golden Road Brewing in Atwater, you will play a critical leadership role in our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on, team-focused position for someone passionate about hospitality, organization, and culinary excellence. You will partner with the team to manage daily operations flow, ensure food quality and safety, handle inventory and ordering, execute private events, and lead the team through high-volume service.
Located in Atwater, our brewpub is a family-friendly environment featuring a charming, industrial interior and a dog-friendly outdoor lawn perfect for enjoying the California weather. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional food, beer, and service in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will be part of a culture that values creativity and collaboration, ensuring every dish meets our brand standards while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Requirements
