As the Beverage Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all beverage outlets, reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director and General Manager. This role is pivotal in defining the property's beverage program, ensuring the seamless execution of service standards, and driving profitability through rigorous cost control and inventory management.
You will work hand-in-hand with outlet leaders and the F&B leadership team to recruit, train, and motivate a skilled staff. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of high-level planning and hands-on execution, from collaborating with vendors on cost-saving activations to overseeing nightly closures and acting as the Manager on Duty. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our wine lists, managing inventory across on-site and off-site storage facilities, and ensuring all staff adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations.
Candidates selected for an interview will be expected to demonstrate a strong background in hotel food and beverage operations, including proficiency with operating systems like ALOHA. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can effectively balance business acumen with guest-centric service leadership.
