About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and play a key role in our innovative Signature Dining Programs. In this position, you will lead à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch tools. Your day will involve supervising the scheduling, training, and discipline of culinary and utility staff, while overseeing all culinary functions in the Executive Chef's absence. You will ensure timely service of resident meals by managing daily kitchen production, directing menu preparation, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality, and dietary restrictions. Beyond the kitchen, you will also oversee the organization and sanitation of dining rooms, storage areas, and loading docks.
