About the Role
The Food Service Worker plays a vital role in supporting the manager to ensure high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety. This position is essential for maintaining the daily rhythm of meal service, from preparing quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu to verifying transactions and completing daily reports. You will be the face of our service, serving food according to meal schedules and ensuring customer happiness through attention to detail, such as adding garnishments for eye appeal.
Your day involves coordinating with the Manager to understand the daily menu, supervising food temperature requirements, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. From scrubbing and polishing counters to sanitizing steam tables and managing garbage collection sites, you will adhere to all food safety regulations and established procedures to ensure a balanced and safe environment for our guests and team members.
