About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our a la carte dining and special events. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, creative, and well-executed culinary experiences that reflect the standards of the Talon Tribe. This position involves assisting the Executive Chef in managing day-to-day operations, supervising culinary staff, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop banquet and club menus, suggesting new dishes and modifications while ensuring every item meets our quality criteria. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the performance of banquet culinary staff, minimizing waste through proper food preparation, and resolving unexpected issues that arise during shifts. You will also be responsible for communicating clearly with the team to provide direction and foster a collaborative environment.
