About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will be a vital part of our dynamic hospitality team, supporting the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our Members and Guests. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to oversee line cooks and kitchen staff, maintaining consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. This role is designed for a culinary professional committed to teamwork, flexibility, and upholding the high standards that define the Invited brand.

- check_circleEnsure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and kitchen while maintaining compliance with health regulations
- check_circleExpedite meal periods to ensure proper quality, portioning, and presentation of all dishes
- check_circleOversee procurement, receiving, rotation, and inventory counts of food supplies and kitchen goods
- check_circleControl expenses related to food supplies, equipment, and materials by analyzing production reports

Requirements
