As a Sous Chef, you will be a vital part of our dynamic hospitality team, supporting the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our Members and Guests. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to oversee line cooks and kitchen staff, maintaining consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. This role is designed for a culinary professional committed to teamwork, flexibility, and upholding the high standards that define the Invited brand.

A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role. Valid Health and Sanitation certification, ServeSafe. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
