The Jr. Sous Chef serves as a vital leader within our culinary team, functioning as a curious learner, innovator, administrator, and motivator. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the preparation of food according to the standards set by the Executive Chef. You will assist in overseeing all hot and cold food produced and served across Song & Hearth, the Spa, Room Service, the Host Lounge, and Pool F&B experiences. Additionally, you will play a key role in the execution of Sunday Brunch, Holiday Buffets, Banquets, and Catering events.
