As the Director of Banquets, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the banquet division. Your mission is to develop and implement strategies that improve the department's profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel standards. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage and culinary teams to successfully execute all banquet operations, ensuring the smooth execution of catering events both on and off-premises. This role requires a genuine ambassador of the InterContinental brand with a passion for culture and an appreciation for diversity.
