About the Role
As a Sonographer within the VIS Clinical OHO organization, you will utilize diagnostic medical equipment to generate images for the assessment and diagnosis of various medical conditions. Sonography, or ultrasonography, involves using sound waves to create visual data that physicians rely on to determine patient health.
In this role, you will be part of a team that never settles for what was good enough yesterday. You will review patient medical history, explain procedures with compassion, and operate specialized equipment to direct high-frequency sound waves into the patient's body. Your work involves analyzing reflected echoes to form images, selecting the best views for diagnostic purposes, and providing preliminary analysis to physicians. Whether specializing in obstetric/gynecologic, abdominal, neurosonography, or breast sonography, your contributions directly impact the quality of care received by our community.
