The Beach Club at Bay Colony stands as one of the most upscale private clubs in Naples, Florida. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico within the exclusive, gated Bay Colony Estates, our community spans 200 acres and features five neighborhoods and eleven luxury condominiums. The Beach Club itself is an elegantly casual, 14,000-square-foot food and beverage operation with a $3M revenue budget. Our diverse spaces include the Gulf Room with its unique dining pods, the casual Chickee Bar and Pool Deck, the Sunset Terrace, and a private beach offering full-service dining. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sommelier to join our team as the Beverage Manager. This role is the heartbeat of our beverage program, responsible for overseeing every aspect of our wine and spirits operations. You will serve as the Club's primary Sommelier, providing elevated tableside service and curating an innovative program that spans wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Beyond the glass, you will manage the retail wine program, oversee inventory and purchasing, and drive beverage profitability. This position is ideal for someone with a deep love for wine and food who thrives on staff development, member engagement, and creating memorable events like wine dinners and tastings.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum Level 2 Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS)
