About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at EōS Fitness, you will understand the specific needs and limitations of every client to facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programming. Whether you are just starting out or have experience, you will partner with clients to drive new client acquisition, design individual programs for success, and conduct initial fitness consultations.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for fitness, a drive for success, and a history of commitment in delivering results. You will be a conscientious, thorough, and disciplined team player who is serious about accuracy and sincerely motivated to help others achieve optimal results. You will serve as a fitness expert, staying current with new trends while ensuring customer service excellence through friendly, clean, and helpful interactions.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must successfully pass a background check. For those new to the industry (Level 0), we offer in-house certification in Personal Training and CPR post-hire. All new hires must complete in-person CPR/AED certification, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of employment.
