The SHI Services Solutions Engineer - Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Agents sits at the intersection of AI innovation, human experience, and responsible AI enablement. As a technical subject matter expert, you will partner directly with customers and internal delivery teams to design, build, and govern AI-driven workplace experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role focuses on the Microsoft 365 Copilot out-of-the-box experience, including technical deployment, leveraging Microsoft Graph data to assess tenant readiness, and enabling first-party agent capabilities. You will also support the development of declarative and custom engine agents while managing enterprise governance across Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Purview. This position blends hands-on technical execution with design-led thinking and customer advisory skills, offering the opportunity to shape how organizations build lasting capability with Microsoft 365 Copilot and workforce agents while contributing to the evolution of SHI's Microsoft Services practice.
