We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Enterprise AI Architect to lead the enterprise architecture and target-state design for a Microsoft-based customer engagement and contact center ecosystem. This role is pivotal in defining and driving architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Omnichannel, Copilot Studio, Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse. You will support enterprise-scale transformation across sales and customer service functions, combining deep hands-on Dynamics 365 expertise with enterprise architecture leadership and strong experience in AI/Copilot and Azure integration patterns.
In this position, you will act as the architecture authority across programs and workstreams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive roadmaps and execution. Your day-to-day will involve designing end-to-end customer and seller journeys, establishing governance for ALM and DevOps, and ensuring the implementation of responsible AI controls. You will be instrumental in enabling use cases such as virtual agents, agent assist, and sales copilots, while defining the data models and analytics architecture that power the customer 360 view.
