The Healthcare Solution Consultant is a specialist focused on a specific set of treasury management, account receivable, and revenue cycle management products within the Healthcare Vertical. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend business development acumen with deep product expertise. You will serve as the vital liaison between Business Development, Clients, Product Management, Operations, Onboarding, and Vendor Partners.
In this position, you will act as a product and process subject matter expert while functioning as a sales professional and team player. You will work closely with National Payment Advisors, Product Managers, Client Managers, and Implementation teams to advance sales efforts. Your day-to-day involves partnering with clients to determine payment needs, leading teams to develop and negotiate payment solutions, and translating business requirements into effective roll-out strategies. You will validate process assessments, create pitch materials, and collaborate with internal and external partners to execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
