About the Role
The Team Lead serves as the senior technical authority and operational leader for a specialized group of Solutions Architects and Estimators dedicated to the GCDC vertical. This position is critical for bridging the gap between customer requirements, technical design, and cost strategy on large-scale enterprise, data center, and regulated security projects.
In this capacity, you will guide the front-end design and commercial development process. You will mentor Solutions Architects in delivering high-impact consulting services, including security standards, technology roadmaps, and RFP development. Simultaneously, you will direct Solutions Estimators to ensure the creation of accurate, compliant, and competitive cost models and proposals. As the primary escalation point, you will establish design standards, govern global consistency through defined playbooks and review processes, and provide final approval on solutions across regions.
On a day-to-day basis, the role involves partnering closely with sales leadership, architects, general contractors, customers, and internal delivery teams. Your focus will be on prioritizing opportunities, managing risk, improving processes, and ensuring that all solutions are technically sound, scalable, and positioned to win in the market.
