Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager I to join our National Mission Critical team. This role is pivotal in supporting the administration of complex projects, ensuring that specific phases of project management are executed under supervision with precision and care.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a central hub for project administration, working closely with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports. Your day-to-day involves managing assigned project team members and subcontractors while cultivating strong relationships with project owners and all professional groups involved. You will play an active role in the preconstruction process, contributing to bid procedures, reviews, vendor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
In this position, you will lead construction progress meetings, oversee design development, and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program alongside required commissioning processes. You will also provide leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions. Success in this role requires a willingness to travel as needed to support various project locations.

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, and P6. Proactive and effective communication skills with a focus on customers and a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
