The Operations Manager (Federal Construction) serves as a senior leader responsible for the holistic oversight of multiple concurrent federal construction projects. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic program goals and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will act as the primary interface between government representatives, internal leadership, and field teams, driving operational consistency and financial discipline across the program.
In this position, you will not only manage project teams and budgets but also cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Your day-to-day involves coordinating closely with estimating, design, and engineering teams to optimize delivery strategies, while mentoring Project Managers and Superintendents to achieve their professional potential. With up to 25% travel required, you will maintain an active on-site presence to ensure compliance with rigorous federal regulations and to support urgent operational needs.
