About the Role
Step into a pivotal technical leadership role with a rapidly scaling global software-as-a-service leader. We are seeking a hands-on architectural powerhouse to take complete ownership of our core CRM ecosystem and enterprise integrations. In this 100% remote U.S. position, you will bypass basic project management tasks to focus purely on high-level system design, standardizing operations, and actively driving down total cost of ownership.
You will report directly to the VP of Business Applications, defending your strategic blueprints and shaping the future of our enterprise landscape. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a high-growth environment, bridging the gap between complex technical execution and executive strategy.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Active and relevant credentials, such as the Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. Previous exposure to designing data environments specifically tailored for vector databases, large language models, or native AI features. A track record of successfully migrating monolithic application ecosystems into modern, event-driven, API-led architectures.
