We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce System Architect to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. In this role, you will design and support robust, scalable, and integrated solutions that ensure the architectural integrity of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce, our Data Lake, and our ERP (NetSuite).
Your day-to-day will involve defining and managing the end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, including data modeling and key capabilities such as Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Assortment and Pricing. You will architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware, establishing patterns that support reliability, scalability, and operational support. Additionally, you will design high-performance, offline-first mobile solutions for field sales teams to support visit planning, inventory visibility, and order capture, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and frontline adoption.
Beyond technical design, you will lead technical design reviews, enforce engineering standards for Apex and Lightning Web Components, and guide delivery teams through the full software development lifecycle. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to define implementation approaches and recommend leveraging Salesforce product releases, including Einstein AI and Agentforce, to improve retail execution outcomes.

Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Relevant Salesforce cloud certifications, including Sales Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud. Experience using MuleSoft for enterprise integrations. Knowledge of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) for retail insights and performance reporting. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and release automation tools such as Copado or Gearset.
