About the Role
We are seeking Entry Level Solar Installers to join our Field Operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is designed for those looking for a meaningful career that aligns with their values and offers significant growth opportunities. While experience is a plus, we are committed to training the right candidates to succeed in this field.
As an installer, you will be the face of our company at residential and commercial job sites. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional night, weekend, or on-call requirements. This position requires travel to various job sites within the region.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI in the last 5 years). The selection process includes a pre-employment screening covering criminal history, driving records, and drug testing. We look for individuals with excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions.
