Midtown is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our world-class team at our Chicago headquarters. The software support team is based at our HQ office (3611 N Kedzie Ave.) and serves as a critical link to all club locations, ensuring associates have the knowledge and tools to deliver the best possible experience for our members.
Our culture is defined by core values: being kind, winning together, being passionate about helping others, and striving to be better than yesterday. We value a collaborative environment where associates work closely with Infrastructure, Development, and Business Analysis teams to drive efficiency and consistency across our operations.
This position is designed to empower club associates by providing high-standard service and training on a variety of software solutions. You will be the go-to expert for member management, food & beverage services, hotel/property management, and spa booking systems. Your work ensures that our financial systems, such as Workday, operate seamlessly alongside our operational tools.
The role involves a hybrid work model based in the Chicago area, requiring you to be in the office two days per week (Monday/Tuesday). While the primary focus is on supporting our Chicago HQ and local clubs, the position may involve limited travel (up to 20%) to other Midtown club locations in the US and Canada when business needs dictate. You will also occasionally work outside normal business hours to meet critical operational requirements.
Midtown is committed to finding the right fit for our team. Candidates who demonstrate our core values and possess the necessary technical and communication skills will move through our interview process, which focuses on problem-solving abilities and cultural alignment.
Midtown is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
