As a Backend Software Engineer II on the Emergence team, you will develop the software behind our reliable, secure, and performant APIs. You will collaborate with colleagues from Machine Learning, Product, and Infrastructure, as well as with other engineers within the Applications team. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, deliberate technologist who shares knowledge generously and has experience deploying production code in highly scalable distributed systems.
Candidates selected for an interview will go through a structured process designed to assess technical depth and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial screening, followed by technical assessments and team interviews. Finalists will meet with leadership to discuss role expectations and team dynamics before an offer is extended.
