About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team. In this position, you will provide essential psychosocial support and advocacy, ensuring that the social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents are met. You will partner with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff to develop individualized care plans that enhance the quality of life for those in our care.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, offering counseling on issues such as grief and adjustment to care, and coordinating community resources. You will also guide staff on psychosocial matters and participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives, making a tangible difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.
