We are seeking a full-time Social Worker for our Mental Health Clinic in Central Islip. In this role, you will provide evaluations, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to children, families, and adults presenting with a full range of DSM diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders. Your work will be delivered in a trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically competent manner, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.
You will collaborate closely with families and other collateral contacts to coordinate care, while participating in routine supervision and team meetings. The position requires flexibility to work Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, with availability for at least one evening until 9:00 PM. Telehealth services may also be required as needed.
