About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and brand-savvy Social Media Specialist to support the digital presence of multiple brands within our portfolio. This role plays a key part in executing content strategies, creating platform-specific content, monitoring performance, and engaging with diverse audiences.
Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you will work collaboratively across teams to help build strong, consistent, and distinct brand voices across all social media platforms. Your day-to-day will involve creating, editing, and curating high-quality content (images, videos, copy) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others, ensuring alignment with each brand's unique tone and goals. You will manage content calendars, track performance metrics, and stay ahead of platform trends to apply best practices appropriately per brand.
Work Environment
This position operates on a hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday in the office, with Fridays available for remote work. The role offers access to unique on-campus amenities including a coffee shop, sports courts, and wellness services, alongside complimentary corporate memberships to XPLUS and XPASS.
