We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to blend strategy, creativity, and execution to drive real results for our clients. This role goes beyond simply posting content; it is about thinking, creating, communicating, and driving measurable outcomes.
You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships by understanding their unique brand voice and goals. Your day will involve crafting high-performing content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, utilizing tools like Canva and AI to accelerate ideation and workflow. You will manage client accounts, execute content strategies aligned with growth and revenue goals, and translate performance metrics into clear, actionable insights. Success in this role requires a balance of creative storytelling and strategic analysis, ensuring every piece of content serves a purpose in the broader marketing funnel.

Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness. Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Go High Level, etc.). Basic understanding of paid ads and how organic + paid work together. Light video editing skills (CapCut, etc.). Understanding of content funnels and conversion strategy.
