Within Consumer and Community Banking, the Card & Connected Commerce communications team plays a critical role in ensuring employees receive crucial information in real-time and have a clear understanding of business priorities. As a member of this team, you will work with communicators across the firm to create engaging and educational stories, programming, and content that highlight the work our employees do.
As a Communications Manager for Card Internal Communications, you will directly support two members of the Card executive team. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, providing expert guidance on communication approaches to develop clear, compelling messages that reflect the organization's vision and enhance leadership presence.
Your day-to-day will involve creating strategic, audience-focused communication plans that keep employees, executives, and key internal stakeholders engaged. You will lead the production and editing of a range of written communications, draft and edit senior leader presentations, and manage the distribution of internal communications. Additionally, you will plan internal events such as town halls, site visits, offsites, and conferences, while designing channel strategies to maximize message delivery across platforms like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the corporate intranet.
