Social Media & Community Coordinator

This role serves as a vital bridge between the brand and its community, requiring a professional who can embody the company's mission and voice across all digital channels. You will be the face of the brand on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn, fostering genuine connections through consistent engagement and creative content. The day-to-day involves managing social community efforts, curating engaging photos and videos, and executing "surprise and delight" initiatives to build hype around the brand. Beyond social media, you will support strategic acquisition efforts, manage digital assets, and ensure product information is accurate across distributor websites.

To succeed in this environment, you must be adaptable, capable of working effectively within a team, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires a blend of creative flair and operational discipline, as you will balance content creation with the logistical aspects of influencer management and fan gifting. Flexibility is key, as the position may require overtime and schedule adjustments to meet business needs.

Requirements

verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
verified1 to 3 years' experience assisting with social media
verifiedExcellent knowledge of Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
verifiedExperience with Brand Ambassador platforms like BrandChamp
verifiedStrong written communication skills
verifiedAbility to write creative and engaging copy
verifiedExperience marketing using social media platforms
verifiedMust be able to stand for 8 hours per day
verifiedMust be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test
